Quotes and booking confirmation
All displayed fares are starting estimates. A booking is confirmed only after you receive and accept a written quote that identifies the route, vehicle, date, inclusions and any advance-payment requirement.
Trip details
Please verify pickup points, dates, passenger count, luggage and itinerary before confirming. Changes can affect vehicle suitability, availability, distance and price.
Waiting, route and additional charges
Extra distance, waiting time, route changes, night travel, interstate tax, toll, parking and driver allowance apply only as described in your written quote. Ask for clarification before payment if an item is unclear.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation deadlines, deductions and refund timing depend on the vehicle, travel date and supplier commitment. The cancellation terms supplied with your written quote take precedence. Do not make payment until those terms are clear.
Travel conditions
